PLEASE READ to understand - (lyrics below) - watch in HD for best viewing... love this song! - as soon as I heard it, I thought of PotO and the hidden plot - as well as my HP stories of The Prelude and The Quest - so those who don’t like the hidden plot, read no further and hopefully just enjoy the vid. : ) - Story follows lyrics - loads of symbolism - both in the clips I used from movie, and also the effects, etc. Here’s a bit - I showed Erik at the Bal Masque, as king, during the lyrics “never needed any reason to find deliverance” - where I showed 3 of his image on the right - depicting the Phantom spirit (3 his number, right his side) and what Erik needed deliverance from, (even if he didn’t think so at the time! lol) - with the lyrics “I’ll be still standing when they try to bring my castle down” - that does not relate only to Raoul and the management, in their continued efforts to ignore, reject, rebuke and usurp his rule there - but also the Phantom spirit in his desire to get his hands on the Opera House Kingdom - later turning to revenge - to destroy the king of Music and his chosen queen and everyone else. Only through Christine does Erik break through the darkness and escape. The end clips show footage of La Feria (the paper shown for a few seconds near Christine in STYDI after Erik pushed her down to the ground) - an actual festival of lights held in Seville, Spain, the city of Don Juan, where they fled to in my stories of The Quest and The Treasure. ….other clips are from The Tudors, Reign, and one clip from PotO 25th stage show, to match lyrics there.
