Potion Motion, developed by Cohort 26, team Glorious Gumdrops
Welcome back to your shop! As an alchemist, you must craft magical potions for clients by guiding ingredients through the pipes to the cauldron below. Just remember to follow the recipe, as clients don’t appreciate a faulty potion, and some of the ingredients can get a little explosive. Potion Motion is a mobile puzzle game centered around planning and timing. Players guide ingredient drops through the pipes to reach the cauldron in order and create fantastical outcomes. Play through all twelve levels, and explore the archive section to view your creations.
Potion Motion was developed over the course of 8 weeks as part of the Team Game Production 1 class at SMU Guildhall. This was the first major group project for this team in Cohort 26, and was their first time designing a tablet game.
