This is "Jack Sparrow" by Hans Zimmer from "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest". I used Christopher Johnston's transcription of the song but I made my own changes and added a whole missing section of the song, which I couldn't find in any other piano/tutorial video of this song. That section, from about 0:46 to 1:24 was transcribed by a friend of mine.
