In this video I demonstrate how to bake potatoes in my Old Smokey Electric Smoker. However, this technique works in any smoker grill or oven that you want to cook potatoes in. Use Oil NOT FOIL! Personally I prefer Kinloch Pecan oil for it light flavor and because it’s healthy.
While videoing this, I had an issue with my smoker. It wasn’t cooking as hot as it should be. I corrected it, and I show you how to solve the issue.
