Potato cannons are not something that I've though about since I was a little kid! But the other day, I remembered watching my brother and his friends shoot one and I remembered how cool I thought it was. So I decided to make one for myself!
This video will show you how to make a potato cannon for yourself as well as show you how far it will launch a potato. To be completely honest with you, I was extremely surprised at how far this thing would shoot a potato! It is crazy!
Make sure that if you want to build one of these, you know what you are doing and, if needed, have the supervision of an adult! Its always better to build something the right way so that it will last, and its safe.

Here is a list of the items you will need to build one for yourself!

Build List:
**(Make sure to use all SCHEDULE 40 PVC because it can withstand pressure.)
1. 3.5'-4' of 2" PVC
2. 16" of 4" PVC
3. 4" Cleanout with a cap
4. 4" to 2" bell reducer OR 4" to 2" bushing with 4" fitting.
5. Grill igniter
