As many advocates, neighborhoods and organizations implore NYC's leaders to expand sidewalks and create safer bike lanes, there is already an existing model done by NYC DOT outside the Port Authority Bus Terminal on 8th Avenue that would be great to apply to ALL Avenues and crowded others throughout the city.
