"The Hands" included in 1413 patch can be used rather interesting way. Including to make your near-dead NPCs into a personal rocket.
NOTE: THIS ONLY WORKS IN ENHANCED MODE because you can't use your hands to pick up people in a normal mode.
Steps:
1. Make your NPC lie on a ground in pain. (Dismember, taser 'n kicks, JUST don't kill the NPC or else it will not work.)
2. Stand on the NPC just above him/her.
3. Pick up the NPC and fly to the skies! Use your mouse to move to direction you want to go. Don't walk much or you will most likely fall off.
