Green - 10.7
Red - 11.9
Blue - 12.3 (with speed wall-strafe)

I don't consider the blue course a legit time because I used a clip brush (invis wall) to speed wall-strafe but I wanted to see if I could beat my other time and had no luck with bhop. I'll try again at some point.
