A segmented speedrun of the Black Mesa: Hazard Course mod in the time of 9:17. Done in 41 segments by KranK and draiku on easy difficulty.
The in game timer starts at 2:41 if you want to skip to the "start" of the run.
The audio transitions between some segments are not fluid because of something to do with the mod itself as far as I can tell. I recorded it the same way I always do and even had to resort to live recording the audio to make it more accurate than the demo recordings (did the best I could).
We started this on February 11th 2016 but the majority of the segments were done in late 2017.

2:57 - Railing skip that is done in the half life version of the course
3:34 - Skipping a tube (not possible in the hl version because of clip brushes)
3:43 - Ladder boosting with an AHK script
4:06 - Slope boost to skip quite a bit of the map
4:16 - Prop climb to save a few seconds
4:19 - Slope boost to skip a good portion of the map
4:25 - Long-jumping the gap to save a few seconds
4:32 - Ladder boost
4:38 - Jumping off the box on an angle to get enough height to clear the platform.
8:41 - Nade boost to skip some slow swimming
8:52 - Surfacing and jumping here saves some time
8:26 - Camera glitch. Saves no time..heh
9:49 - Nade boost and long jump, skipping most of this room
10:06 - Last nade boost saving a second or two
11:15 - Teleporting NPC so he opens the door faster
11:38 - Riding the train to the trigger to open the door and jumping the rest of the way.
