Materials List:
13x13-inch steel plate
Two pieces of 2-inch square tube cut 12-inch long.
10-foot long ½ inch rebar cut to: 44, 44, 10-⅜, 7, & 7 (including hooked ends)
Weld square tube to opposing corners of steel plate set back ½ inch from the edge. Weld rebar to the inside corner of the square tubes making sure to keep square to the plate and parallel to each other. The rest you should be able to figure out from watching the video.
