📍 Where is Porches?
Porches sits between Lagoa and Alcantarilha, just off the EN125 and close to the A22 highway. Easy to reach by car or bus, and close to Armação de Pêra, Portimão, and Albufeira. Nearest train station: Poço Barreto.

- Porches Pottery (Olaria Algarve) – where it all began
- Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Encarnação – rebuilt after the 1755 earthquake
- A town that feels rooted, creative, and unpretentious
