This video demonstrates three of the most popular ways to apply glass bead gels: Stria over a wall or cabinet, through a stencil on furniture, and brushed on a large surface.
Materials:
- GPW Glass Bead Gel
- GPW Glass Bead Gel XL
- GPW Sheer Glazing Medium
- GPW Glazing Gel
- GPW Metallic Paint “Silver” and “Pewter” for Stria and Cascade base colors, “Sizzle” to color Glass Beads.
It is recommended to apply the Glass Bead Gel over a well-sealed surface with at least an “eggshell” sheen.
Tools:
- 4-inch Chip Brush
- Corduroy Tool
- 3-inch Color Shaper (for applying Glass Beads through a stencil) or a flexible plastic trowel

1:17 3. Micaceous Iron Oxide – we love this self-leveling surface with a subtle metallic sheen
