A very cute and funny tickle scene from an episode of the early 90s Popeye reboot. If I'm not mistaken. PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong. The episode was called "A Bad Knight For Popeye"
In it, Popeye the knight faces off against Bluto the Black Knight and his dragon Spot.
Unfortunately, I'm only able to find the Spanish version of this episode. ^^;
But it's VERY cute to see the dragon defeated by a few tickles! XD hehe
