Another shorty but a goody, and also a classic tickle scene, from the Popeye short, Bridge Ahoy
After trying to build a bridge (forgot why) Popeye's crew is then attacked by Bluto. At one point, Bluto corners Olive Oyl on a steel beam, and almost sends her falling to her demise! But not before she can catch her foot on the edge of the beam!
Unfortunately for her, Bluto has a devious plan, and peels away the sole of her shoe, and starts tickling Olive's defenseless foot, sending her into hysterics! XD
Will Popeye come to her rescue on time?! See the whole vid to find out! XD
