The following things were done in the video but aren't required:
1. Getting c storage when entering the Warrior fight
2. Skipping green plate (in fact any method to get back up can be used)
3. Cheating at the very end

The following cutscenes are skipped:
1. Desert vision (32 seconds)
2. "Let me guess" cutscene in City Gate (4 seconds)
3. City of Light cluster cutscene (12 seconds)
4. "It can't be" cutscene (40 seconds)

Total time gained: 1:28

Time loss:
1. Getting vp storage (~50 seconds)
2. 2 deaths (~14 seconds)
3. Extra walking (~15 seconds)
4. Drepwarp (~5 seconds)

Total time lost: ~1:24

Overall this seems to come out about even, though the skips might be slightly faster, especially if optimised further.
