Take this exciting journey with me to visit Montana and North Dakota. Along the way I visit Pompey' Pillar where William Clark carved his initials in the sandstone cliff, a view of Custer's camp on the Yellowstone Expedition of 1873, Fort Union Trading Post on the confluence of the Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers, and Fort Buford where the Hunkpapa Sioux Leader surrendered his rifle in 1881. This is all followed up with an observation of a fairly large Bison herd...up close !
