Richland County Recreation Commission employee blocks the door, and tries to stop me from documenting the poll workers and voting machines. He tells them to call the cops.
The poll manger stands by and allows him to accost me while she takes pictures.
Richland County Sheriff's Deputies arrive and inform the poll mangers that I am allowed
to be here and film inside.
