South Carolina Freedom of Information Act (SC Code of Laws Section 30-4-30) request was submitted and marked received by the nice folks at the Lexington County Voter Registration.

SC Attorney General’s Office (as part of its guidance on compliance with the FOIA) has advised government entities that “when in doubt, disclose requested information, and when in doubt,
release the document”.
