County Employees learn the differences between Policy and Law on Election Day 2022.
While Sheriff Deputies stand around and watch Poll Workers breach the peace, stop the line, rile up voters, and batter me, all because I was exercising a 1st Amendment Protected Right. Interim Director tells me to leave, denies my access to vote until deputy advises him of my right to vote. The Director ultimately refuses to release the names of the employees who I have been repeatedly asking for.

I made the decision to blur the faces of voters who were minding their own business, even
though there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public. I respect people who take the time out of their day to participate, and certainly don't want to discourage anyone from exercising their civic duty.
The 2020 Poll Managers Election Manual p.46 says that poll workers are ONLY to ask voters "as a courtesy to others, not to use cell phones, cameras or tablets in the voting area". In my opinion does not in anyway mean that poll workers can print off, and tape up signs, to enforce as if its law.
SC Code of Law Section 7-25-100. Allowing ballot to be seen,
removing ballot from voting place, improper assistance, and related offenses.
(A) It is unlawful in any election for a voter to:
(1) allow his ballot to be seen by a person, except as provided by law;
SC Code of Law Section 7-13-130. Right to vote and secrecy of ballot.
The right to vote of each person so entitled and the secrecy of the ballot shall be preserved
at all times.
SC Code of Law Section 22-5-150. Breach of Peace
Magistrates may cause to be arrested
(a) all affrayers, rioters, disturbers and breakers of the peace,
(b) all who go armed offensively, to the terror of the people,
(c) such as utter menaces or threatening speeches and
(d) otherwise dangerous and disorderly persons.
