Des Moines Police engaged a car in a high speed chase around 11:30 Sunday night that, at times, reached speeds of 60 miles an hour through residential neighborhoods, with a successful P.I.T. maneuver that ended the chase at at 42nd Street and University Avenue in the parking lot of Little Caesar's Pizza.
