Baltimore Police arrested five juveniles, ranging from 12 to 16 years old, in connection with a series of robberies and assaults that took place Wednesday across several areas. The crime spree began around 10 a.m., police said, when the group reportedly stole a white Toyota RAV-4 from the 500 block of West University Parkway, near the Johns Hopkins campus. According to police, the suspects arrived in a light-colored SUV, exited the vehicle and took the victim's car before fleeing the scene.
