Neighborhood leaders, elected officials and police officials expressed frustration Friday after two teens were arrested in connection with the violent robbery and assault of a man in Butcher's Hill Thursday night. It was all caught on private security video. The victim said when he saw the video, he said, "Thank God I'm alive." He also told 11 News he wants others to watch it and listen to his story.
