A new program from BARCS to encourage more people to foster dogs has been extended through Sunday. The first 50 people who foster a dog over 35 pounds will receive $200. The program was launched earlier this week and was supposed to end Saturday. However, BARCS officials said only a limited number of people have taken advantage.
