This is the US Gold Release of Datasoft's Pole Position conversion
Screechy novaload, but a decent game. Almost everyone around me had this when I was a kid, though mostly on dodgy turbotapes, of course - I actually don't think I've seen an original of it!
(Tape piracy was actually pretty rare around me.... everyone who had disk drives was constantly pirating, but ironically the tape users were mostly buying their games! Which is probably why the stores mostly stocked tape games....)
