ANNOUNCER CHRONICLES - PART 5
In each of the previous four outings, our up-and-coming announcer has run the booth alone. This time he's going to try something different, as the battler behind this attempt to be as fast as possible in any Cup will serve as a guest co-announcer! The softer, more enigmatic voice you hear will be that of the battler, to provide a different perspective than the existing announcer.
[OOC: There have been numerous reports of the softer voice being lost in the static almost entirely, and after listening to the YT audio I'd have to agree that such complaints are justifiable. Oh well, those of you who are well-versed in the games--particularly gen-1--probably wouldn't be too far off in just imagining what that character is saying.
