I spend the first part of the video going back to Crimson Mirelands to increase my rank to 3-star (42:18). With that, I am able to start my journey to the Cobalt Coastlands (43:25). Before I head over there, I obtain some Grit Gravel from Lian (45:35), which are basically how you give your Pokémon bonus stats in this game. With it, I finally head over to the Colbalt Coastlands (51:37), have a quick battle with Irida, then explore the area. I spend quite a bit of time there, and eventually manage to have Quilava evolve into Hisuian Typhlosion (1:21:41) before meeting the warden of the area (1:22:40). She explains why Growlithe hasn’t become the new lord of the area, then explains how to head over to Firespit Island.
I search for Iscan (1:33:44), who tells me to first obtain a Dusclops to make some food. As I find one, I notice a space-time distortion forming at (1:43:08). I finally meet Basculegion at (1:51:20), who gives me the Splash Plate. Shortly after, the Miss Fortune sisters return, taking a Growlithe to Firespit Island. With that, I use Basculegion to head over to the island (2:02:14) and battle Bandit Clover (2:06:21) and Bandit Charm (2:09:11). With both battles over, the actual lord Growlithe finally evolves, scaring them off. I battle it, taking two tries (2:17:46) and (2:19:58) to defeat it and obtain the Flame Plate. With the mission complete, I head back to Jubilife Village, where I am told of the next mission (2:30:20) and battle Adaman (2:34:00). With that done, I need a four-star rank to reach the next area, so I save.
