DARK SHAFT:
After the great Pidgey War in Viridian City, Digglet's Tunnel became a burial grounds to those who died. 3 years later, the Tunnel was extremely dark, and sightings of the rare pokemon DARKRAI were spotted. Ever since a little boy was put into an endless sleep, the great bird Pokemon, Ho-oh uses one of its many mirages to light the cave. The Virdian/Vermilion Government has yet to rename the no longer dark tunnel.
