Edit: Mega-Charizard, Game Freak delivered!
Pokegods were extra Pokemon coded into Red and Blue version, but never given an actual Pokemon slot. These "Pokegods" were obtainable via gameshark.

When I was like, in the first grade, my friend asked me if I was going to evolve my Charizard into a Charcoalt. I had no idea what he was talking about. He started mentioning items such as Mist Stones and Super Balls (which were similar to master balls). You can expect to hear about the other rumors I recall in later hacks hehe
This is what I imagined Charcoalt looked like. A really like, yellow bright charizard only larger, more ferocious, and lacking eyes.
