Sorry for the wait, but it is finally time for the Level 2 test of the Booster Draft idea proposed last week! The stream test was a fun, albeit frustrating time since the game did NOT co-operate whatsoever as far as connection quality went... but the idea itself worked really well so here we are trying it for real!
Same ruleset proposed as Lv 2 - Draft for a minimum of 40 unique Battle Species (they have different entries on the Usage Page in the Battle Data), then build a team with whatever you got and see what happens. I'll be playing on the Casual Ladder, at least for the first couple of videos, since TBH I just don't want to play on Ranked atm.
The one slight change is that I am going to obtain a fresh set of recruits at the end of each video rather than every 2 - My aim is to do 4 videos before Reg M-C begins, so I want to try a faster progression track and see if it feels reasonable. I'm going to try and make around 3 teams during this endeavour, but no promises there!
I can't see this being an unsuccessful test, since it has already felt pretty fun. The Masochist version though... let's just say that is going to be WAY harder overall, so I might need to alter the gameplan a little bit when the new Pokémon/Items drop!
