Here is the battle tower theme from pokemon swsh by toby fox! You guys asked so I delivered. I was working nonstop on this for the last few days since I have a lot more time on my hands than I used to lol so I hope you guys enjoy!
So for this one I went for a house kind of vibe since I still wanted to do electronic but maybe not as intense as the gym leader theme. The tone of this theme was less-epic for lack of a better term but more happy and upbeat so I wanted to go for a style that matched that, I hope I did well! This one was kinda fun since I was able to do a little bit of original stuff with the source. Idk it seems like Toby fox's compositions just allow for more things to be done with it I'm not sure why or how that is. Maybe I'm just used to working with his compositions?
I don't think I've mentioned this before but I was finally accepted to receive my play button from you tube and according to tracking it should be here in 4 days. I will make an announcement video when it arrives and the story on why I got it so late is pretty interesting so that's gonna be fun to talk about lol. As for the rest of life stuff I've kinda just been finishing off this semester. I still have a research paper and an after effects project due by today so hopefully my past self has already finished them by the time this video goes up. (I'm typing this Thursday morning by the way)
So yeah things have been alright just trying to get through as much as I can

I seem to really like doing Dusttale originals lol, so here is another one that is the prequel to Breaking Point!
This was where Sans has to come to terms with what he has to do in order to defeat the human. He must kill his brother and all the others in the underground. This piece kinda takes you along the thought process and whats going on in his mind. From the Realization, to acceptance, to second thoughts, sorrow, so on and so forth. Hopefully you can pick out which parts invoke which feeling because I was trying pretty hard to make it clear. Regardless I hope you enjoy! I love making Dusttale originals!
Im finally settled in Texas! Its pretty nice here in Dallas all things considered. The area is diverse, the people are nice and there are TONS of new food places to try out with Retro and Shara! Ive definitely been much happier now, not that I wasnt happy at home with my family. It still hurts when I remember my moms not there when I come home, but thats okay. Shes in Florida raising my sister living her life with her own family, while Im trying to find my path in my life. Im sure Ill be back in Florida to see her again before I know it

Happy birthday, Deltarune! Last year you took the internet by surprise and we all were super excited to play the new story Toby just dropped out of nowhere. I cant believe it has already been a year. To celebrate, I made a second Field of Hopes and Dreams remix! (technically 3rd but that was a fusion for a raffle lol)
So this one was an experience. I wanted to go for a Trance vibe this time because the last one was a Disco-like remix. Yeah I dont know what my thought process is either. I guess because the last one was more of an acoustic kinda remix I wanted to go for a more electronic one this time so its at least new in a sense that its a different spin. Not to mention I really put in my all last year so trying to top it this year would be nearly impossible, but I am pretty happy with how this one turned out.
This one was a nightmare to mix. As many problems in creative fields go, once you fix a problem with something, another problem pops up in its place. If I thought the pianos were too quiet, I fixed them, now that saw melody is too loud, so I fixed that, all of a sudden I cant hear the pad chords in the background, so I fix that. Change after change and it was like I was chasing a wild goose lol.
Regardless, I got it to a point where I was happy overall with the big picture. I can definitely speak for a lot of people (artists, musicians and Audio engineers alike) that we tend to find problems in places where there might not be any so we tweak and tweak driving ourselves mad until were like OK THATS ENOUGH ITS DONE xD
Im very happy I was able to get this mix up to 6 minutes long. A weird thing I tend to think about that Im sure not many people really care for is length of the song. It just feels like an accomplishment if I can take something that is short and simple like a 2 minute video game ditty and turn it into something big and complex like a 6 minute trance remix.

Who would win in a fight, Jevil or Omega Flowey? Jevil says he can do anything, but Omega Flowey has proven to have god powers basically so Im not entirely sure lol
Anyway this started of as an idea Retro had, and he told both Shara and I that itd be cool if we all did it together, so here we are! I decided to go for a more chaotic approach rather than harmonic, since its all about chaos with these two characters so might as well go all out, amirite? It was a little difficult finding ways to combine both themes but after a lot of trial and error, I thought maybe sampling the sound effect from your best nightmares intro and pitching it to fit with The world revolvings main chord progression would work. And Id say that maybe it did? Towards the end it seems like they were trying to show each other up to see who could cause the most chaos though at the end, the listener got caught in the crossfire and well... yeah
So let me know, who do you think will win in a fight?
