Snorlax is a tough Pokemon to get a great shot on as it requires a lot of precision and snapping the picture on a particular frame of his animation. It's generally believed that this score can't be improved, but it's impossible to know for sure.
The setup I used was to align vertically with the clouds, tap C-Right twice and then use the flute while crossing the peak of the flowers, and then panning right the correct amount while hoping to get the correct frame. It's not incredibly sophisticated, but it got the job done.

This TAS demonstrates a setup I created to make getting a good Graveler score significantly easier than before.
Instructions:
1) Reset the game. This resets the RNG for the Magikarp and helps give consistent lag. It may not be necessary, but I would suggest doing it.
2) Watch the cutscene and do nothing. Before the Graveler area, you need the 2nd song of the flute ready, which can be done any time. Make sure its playing as soon as you reach the area.
3) Press C-left on the correct frame.
4) After the dust particle effect disappears, press and hold Z.
5) Adjust both vertically and horizontally. Use the texture of the mountain to help visually.
6) Make the shot!")

This TAS goes through the mini-golf mode for Luigis Garden using fast terrain in as few strokes as possible. I also opted to go for these in a playaround style.
Hole 5 is the only one that I believe is impossible to get a hole-in-one on. The front side creates too much distance with all of the angles, and the backside hits the wall too directly to get around the corner. The area where the hole and pin are is also sloped on both sides. The only way I think this could be possible would be a weird collision with the geometry to send the ball flying over there, but even if such a hit can be done, the likelihood of having the ball land in the hole is also low. Its also worth noting that this hole and all others is possible in one stroke on normal and slow terrains as the hole is much closer.
Note that there are graphical errors due to emulation limitations.")

I took the previous RNG manipulation strat for Lapras and modified it to make it much easier to use. I also found a new higher score for what was somewhat thought to be a maxed out Pokemon previously.
Instructions:
1) Reset the game and skip the cutscene. Time spent menuing has no effect.
2) Hold R and Z, and dont do anything else unless required.
3) As you see Doduo, aim to the right and take a picture of the first Lapras.
4) After the corner by the flowers, aim to the right and take a picture of the second Lapras, then press C-right twice to face backwards. All of this is extremely lenient.
5) Just as you start to move again, pause on the correct frame, which is a 2-frame window. The correct frame is when Butterfrees wings are over the A, and the gap between the A and U on the pause screen. Any other result wont work.
6) Release Z, unpause, and then after you return to normal view, press and hold Z again. This is extremely lenient.
7) Optional: when you get stuck on the 2nd Meowth, tilt vertically to setup for the Lapras shot later.
8) Optional: just as the sky appears over the tip of the mountain on your screen, pause, release R, and unpause. You can still get good scores if your timing is different.
9) Press C-left twice and then adjust horizontally for the shot. Aim for the bottom of the ear while staying inside of it.")

With some clean movement and aggressive warps, this TAS saves 2 seconds over the current WR at this time. One other subtle trick is during the fall at the end, I use a double crouch to be able to throw the ECM Mine earlier as it otherwise gets stuck on the backside of the ceiling, which helps save a bit of extra time.")
