The MPGD Challenge stands for Max Pokedex Gym Delay Challenge. The rules are simple: Max out your Pokedex before beating the next required gym. This inlcudes Pokemon 'seen' and Pokemon 'caught' as well as anything else in the Pokedex such as the Unowndex. To get an idea of the difficulty of the challenge, imagine fighting only Pokemon in Viridian Forest until you level up Squirtle to evolve into Blastoise before fighting Brock.

Glitches, Trading, or any means to obtain Pokemon not directly using the Gameboy Cartridge such as Pokemon Stadium are not allowed. For the complete description of rules, click the link below:

Excluding the few breaks during my stream and the two times I fell asleep (off stream) grinding Unowns and waking up at 4 a.m. with the N64 controller in my hand, it ended up taking exactly 50 hours to complete! The majority of the challenge was streamed live though.
