All of Staryu and Starmie's voice clips from Pokemon Channel, provided by Shinichiro Miki and Ikue Otani respectively. Staryu and Starmie can both be found by fishing them up at the Secret Cove at Cobalt Coast, which is a bit of a luck-based minigame as whatever Pokemon Pikachu can fish up is completely randomized. Starmie notably shares his voice actor with Pikachu this time around, while Shinichiro had previously voiced Staryu in Melee and would reprise the role in all later Smash Bros. installments.
