Note: ALL CREDIT FOR THE SPRITE GOES TO NEWO ON THE GLITCH CITY LABORATORIES FORUMS! I got the download for the sprite off of HIS thread. I had nothing to do with this except change the name. I wish I could have had a recording for Arceus' cry, but I don't have a DS emulator. Sorry.
