Ok, so why does this happen? When you transform and switch the first and second moves, those two moves remain switched even after Ditto is himself again. Thing is, Ditto doesn't learn a second move, so the game uses the hex 00 (same as the hex for 'M), which is the COOLTRAINER attack. This is a very volitile move that can do a ton of damage, little damage, freeze the game (like in the video), or completely crash your game.
