Wow, I'm not sure if Lady Luck was teasing me or if Karma wanted to make me sweat... possibly a combination of the both. This battle was pretty scary looking at my opponent's Pokemon, especially as I learned that he had berries to reduce super effective hits.

"Well well, what do we have here?" a young man shouted over to Natalie. "Aren't you that girl that won at the Lagoon tournament?" he asked almost threateningly.

"Why yes, yes I am." Natalie replied in a quiet tone. "Who is this guy?" she thought to herself, "He seems pretty scary."

"Meh, wondrous. I have come to take you to the afterlife little girl. I am the master of death. I am Thanos!" he shouted into the sky.

"... Wait a second... isn't it suppose to be ThanATOS?" Natalie asked confused. "Sir, I think if you want to go around and scare people, you should at least get your facts straight." The young man was taken aback by this. He pulled out a notebook and flipped through some pages, then slowly lowered the notebook looking at Natalie with a flushed face. "Well, "Thanos" it was nice meeting you, but I think we should head out separate ways."

"No, you wait!" Thanos yelled at her. "I am the master of death regardless of what the name really is. Just because you are a smarty-pants doesn't mean you escape your fate." The young man held up a Pokeball. "You're mine." Natalie jumped in surprise and prepared herself for the imminent battle.

Note: I did do some research on Thanos and it turns out that he is a Marvel character who was modeled after Thanatos. Interesting, no?
