I forgot to go over gems. You can find in POB below with updated gear (new amulet with spirit). Also, Reap does 1.3-2.5 mil DPS on bosses depending on how many Critical Weakness stacks are on the boss.

In this video, I showcase me running Ultimatum with a guaranteed Trialmaster on the 10th wave with the Ultimatum Scarab of Dueling. I run these maps 8 mod because I am 95% sure quantity affects the Tainted Catalyst quantity as I averaged around 9 per map with 40 map sample size.
Since the 8 mod maps are hard, I specced into some shrine nodes to get some defensive buffs to survive all the waves. I also strictly filter the map mods so I can be more tanky.")

In 3.23, Deli Orb farming and Ultimatum farming is how I made most of my currency with great success as both materials were extremely expensive. I combined both of these farming methods into 1 this league because the atlas tree allows for more guaranteed mechanics.
The goal of this farm is to get 6 deli rewards, then rush the boss for a 7th reward, then finish the deli reward encounter for your deli orb and random loot. Then rush back to the ultimatum encounter you skipped and complete all 10 waves and collect your loot. Any loot outside these 2 activities in inconsequential though you may find some scarabs on your way.
P.S. Make sure to not roll Reduced Max Resistance on map or other scary mods as Ultimatum is scary.

In this video, I showcase what to expect from the newly balanced Scarab Delirium Orbs by running a 100% delirious map.
I use the beyond merg radius scarab x2 since beyond is multiplicative density to all mechanics. I use x1 breach scarab and breach on the map device for additional mobs to be juiced by the beyond. My final sextant is 100% faster deli rewards because I found using x2 of these only increases my rewards by 1-2, which isnt worth more breaches or more beyond mobs.
While the number of total scarabs this farm creates is unmatched by any other farming method, I believe the rewards from the delirium orbs is not affected the the Remarkable Relics atlas node that makes you find more uncommon scarabs, so depending on Delirium Orb prices and the speed at which you can clear 100% delirium, normal scarab farming could be very close to as profitable.

Updates:
1. Pathfinder Spark is only ~1.5x (3x in standard) less dmg than Blood Mage. See updated POBs.
2. Using a 5% life cost Rathpith, 12% cost efficiency in helm, and 25% cost efficiency in gloves makes life cost much smoother, which mitigates some downsides of the build.

In this video, I wanted to showcase my newly buffed Vaal Ground Slam in an extremely juiced 100% delirium map. These 100% maps have on average over 6,000+ mobs in them and can be cleared in 5ish minutes (depending on build), so for all you magic find enjoyers, why have 100% quant on gear when you can just add 100% more mobs to the map?
The 3.23 buffs to this build were pretty substantial with Vaal Ground Slam getting a 13% buff in damage with the new quality and the Warcries getting a 100% cooldown reduction buff, which allows for 4 slams to be done in 4 seconds with each for 50+ million damage. I would estimate overall, the build got a roughly 30% damage increase in 3.23.
Unfortunately, this build is created from some of the most expensive uniques in the game, so a budget option doesnt really exist, but the build is worth saving up for.
