This was make or break for P & O : After our disappointing experience onboard Ventura earlier in the year, we were eager (and slightly worried) to find out if this was an across the board P&O quality downgrade due to cost cutting, or if Ventura had been a blip and the fine dining we have come to expect was back on the Iona as we cruise around northern Europe. What do you think? Were we relieved or disappointed again?
