Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held delegation-level talks in Tashkent, reviewing cooperation across trade, investment, defence, digital connectivity, energy, education and people-to-people ties.

With bilateral trade at around $1.3 billion, both sides are looking to expand economic engagement while exploring opportunities in critical and rare-earth minerals, technology and connectivity.
