Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s participation in the 26th SCO Summit in Bishkek highlighted India’s priorities of security, connectivity and opportunity. India strongly advocated zero tolerance towards terrorism, called for dialogue and diplomacy to resolve conflicts, and pushed for greater economic, technological and people-to-people cooperation across the region. The summit also comes ahead of the BRICS Leaders’ Summit in September.
