Cowboy Wok, Discada, Disco, BBQ Disc, Disk Grill or Plow Disc Cooker, what ever you call it it makes a great cooking vessel.
Mine was purchased from Southwest Disk. In this episode I demonstrate how to make homemade Mac & Cheese in it, seasoned with Heath Riles BBQ- Garlic Jalapeño Rub. It is delicious.
