Ive recently discovered a new way of thinking about human culture. There are two big subdivisions that most people fall into. Askers ask for what they want, and are fine being told No. Guessers try to figure things out and get what they want without ever directly asking for it. Theres some pros and cons to both sides, and heres what I have to say about them — as well as which one I think is best.
