I've recently discovered a new way of thinking about human culture. There are two big subdivisions that most people fall into. Askers ask for what they want, and are fine being told "No." Guessers try to figure things out and get what they want without ever directly asking for it. There's some pros and cons to both sides, and here's what I have to say about them — as well as which one I think is best.
