My review of the Platinum Classic Maki-e Mt. Fuji fountain pen. Overall I love this pen; it is a beautiful writer and looker. It has a resin body with layers of Urushi lacquer and gold dust. The pen has a 18 kt. gold, medium nib which writes beautifully. Some describe the nib as firm; it feels nice and flexi to me. Warning: I go on a "converter not included" rant from @3:30 to @6:00. Feel free to skip forward as I get this out of my system. I have strong feelings about converters not being included, especially above a certain price point. As always, thank you for watching my videos.
