After making a Superchip platformer code I decided to make one for DPC+ so that should I make a game I could use this code for the basis. I have yet to make a true platformer (Lineman fakes it a bit by staying on certain horizontal planes unless at a certain point.
There are a couple ideas that have been floating around in my head so getting this code out would be great.
You can move in every direction or crouch. You can jump or fall. If you hit your head you will drop back down. May add damage if you fall too long. I also made it so you can go up and down steps and it is forgiving with platforms so you don't get stopped in your tracks or fall through floors.
