The trees along 15th Street, between Custer Road and Coit Road, have taken a beating over the last 5 years. That's why the City of Plano is focusing on planting the right trees in the median, so they can survive as long as possible going forward. While the project is ongoing, there will be some traffic control on the inside lanes between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Expected completion date is January 1, 2027.
