"A Twurkey Tale" is in the works! I have the origin story of the Twurkey almost dialed in. It is a Rankin/Bass–style winter fable about a gray town that hates joy, a mistreated jester named Fred, and a kind cook, Joel Gobblestone. When a magical headless turkey appears, the town is forced to learn what warmth actually costs. I would love to animate it by hand with puppets.
To make this video, I asked Nano Banana to show me a stop motion armature of my character Fred using just one image of the character. It kicked out this armature image in one shot. Gemini then gave me specific places to order an armature like the image it created. I used MidJourney frame to frame to add motion of hands building the character. Then prompted an extention to transition into Festival Fred. Yes it is ai motion but... Pretty fascinating! #animation #stopmotion #workflow
