I've seen this been posted before and since emulation has evolved, it can run this game very well without a problem and a lot of these OST uploads have been because of the fact that it's from a physical copy of the game, recorded using a mic and such which has this weird cut on the first guitar note.
If any of the tags in this video are wrong, please direct me in the right direction by telling me what the proper word is (using Borrowed words only for Japanese).
