I tested the Stronghero 3D hybrid filament, which combines PLA and PETG into a single material. The outer layer is PLA, while the core is PETG — but does that make it stronger, more flexible, or just confusing to print? I ran a full series of mechanical tests, including layer adhesion, tensile, shear, torsion, impact, and more to find out how it really performs. Is this hybrid filament better than regular PLA or PETG?
