Hello all! This time, I have a very special video for you guys, and most of my current subscribers are probably sitting here thinking "Uhhh, what is this?"
But for those of you that have been following me for a long time, you may be familiar with my very first YouTube channel I had when I created Pixie Hollow music videos...It's what brought me here today and how I learned to edit videos!
I was sooo into mermaids and fairies as a child, I couldn't get enough of them! So Tinker Bell and Pixie Hollow were my life for a long while, and I'll admit they will always hold a special place in my heart. ♥
This video was made in honor of the website and all the friends I had made there when it was announced it would be closing down on September 19, 2013. It was a very sad day for me because I went on there every single day, and made some pretty close friendships...I even started my own "empire" inside of the world itself, and was known as "Merfairy Empress Sarah Stardust." (For those unaware, yes that's where my channel name originates!)
I played on there from the very beginning when it released in 2008, and even though there was good and bad during my time there...I'll always look back on those 5 years with fondness, because they helped shape me into who I am today in many ways.
I thought it fitting to commemorate yet another milestone on my channel by re-posting a throwback to the very beginning, where my YouTube journey started. :)
I'm choosing to upload this on October 28th, because it's on that day in 2008 that the first Tinker Bell movie came out! It's cool how I was able to make that happen, haha~
Whether you're new to my channel, or have been following me since Pixie Hollow days...thank you so very much for 17,000 subscribers, you guys have been so amazing and I appreciate you all! 💜
